Who are we, and where did we come from?
We are ordinary people who live in extraordinary circumstances, just like you. Our world is being polluted by billions of tailpipes every hour of every day, and we are running out of fossil fuels faster and faster every minute. Some say we have reached "peak oil" or the point where the amount we are able to extract from the Earth is on the decline. The price climbs higher every time world economies wiggle, and the availability for most of us looks as if it may become rather tenuous in the near future. Add to that the carbon dioxide we are pumping into the atmosphere while we reduce our forests, and the result is not good. We think there is a better way of dealing with the problem, and are prepared to do something about it. Our values are founded in honesty, integrity and purity of intention, and we willingly will share with others our vision for a cleaner, greener planet. Hi, I'm Mike Evans! I served over 20 years with the US Navy, retiring in 2005. I built my own electric vehicle using off the rack components and as much of the vehicle's original engineering as possible.
